And here at Delta Partners, we feel that this year it is finally going to be different for the South African telecoms industry. “There is a confluence of factors in 2009, which is set to turn the industry around – allowing for a ‘new breed’ of operators to emerge,” states Josep Moya, partner of Delta Partners.
